Terms and Conditions for Holistic Transformational Sessions
Welcome to our Holistic Transformational Styling sessions. By booking and participating in our sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
1.1. Services: Refers to all holistic transformational styling sessions, consultations, and related offerings provided.
1.2. Client: Refers to the individual booking and receiving the services.
1.3. Facilitator: Refers to Dr. Ameela Boyd or any designated professional conducting the session.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All bookings must be made through the designated platform or contact method provided.
2.2. Full payment is required to confirm your session. Payment plans, where applicable, must be honored per the agreed schedule.
2.3. Refunds are not available for completed sessions; however, rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
3. Session Policies
3.1. Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrivals.
3.2. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeited session fee.
3.3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in a forfeited fee.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. All personal information shared during the sessions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the client's consent, except as required by law.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. The sessions are designed to provide guidance, support, and personal transformation tools. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
5.2. Clients are encouraged to consult professionals in respective fields for specific needs.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. Clients are expected to actively participate in the sessions and complete any follow-up activities as recommended by the facilitator.
6.2. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information during the sessions.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All materials, tools, and resources provided during the sessions are the intellectual property of the facilitator and are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or sharing without permission is prohibited.

1. Service Bookings
1.1 Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling or a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Clients may reschedule their session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may incur an additional fee.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued for completed services, missed appointments, or late arrivals.
2.2 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.
3. Products and Digital Goods
3.1 Physical Products
Returns are accepted for physical products within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The client is responsible for return shipping costs.
3.2 Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., guides, color palettes, styling templates), all sales are final, and refunds are not available.
4. Exceptional Cases
